Our process

Our olives are carefully picked from the tree during early harvest and gently crushed into a paste to release the natural oil contained in the fruit.

The paste is slowly mixed to allow tiny droplets to combine, then spun to separate the oil from water solids.

This is then cold-pressed, no heat is added, preserving antioxidants, flavour and nutrients.

The result, a fresh and fruity olive oil bottled here in New Zealand in our dark glass bottles to preserve freshness.
