Delicious Nutritious Food Company Limited (DNFC) is a New Zealand-based company operating out of Kerikeri in Northland producing the LUVO range. All activities on the DNFC website fall under New Zealand legal jurisdiction. Committed to ethical business practices, DNFC faithfully upholds its responsibilities outlined in the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering as a member of DNFC or making a purchase from our website, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined herein. They are effective from 8 January 2026 . Refrain from using the services if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.
Amendment of Terms and Conditions
DNFC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, either wholly or partially, at any time. Any amendments will become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Stay updated on the latest terms and conditions, as your continued use of the services implies agreement with the amended terms.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the DNFC website are subject to change without prior notice. Once your order is accepted, prices for items on that order remain fixed. Subsequent price changes, whether upward or downward, will not be retrospectively applied to accepted orders. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges.

Payment Options
Customers can choose to make payments exclusively through online credit card transactions facilitated by Windcave.
Order Cancellation
While DNFC strives to fulfil orders, acceptance of an order does not obligate us to supply. We retain the right to cancel any order without notice, with obligations limited to protections under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Credit card refunds for cancelled orders will follow the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Returns Policy
For all product returns, customers are to contact DNFC first via email.
We require a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product or products, the batch number, expiry date and photos if possible.
DNFC accepts returns for:
a) Goods damaged during delivery
b) Goods with manufacturing faults
c) Goods supplied incorrectly.
d) Goods differing from their description on the website
Return freight costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is for reasons outlined in paragraphs a-d above, in which case DNFC will cover courier costs from the original delivery address.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product provided by us and request a refund, please contact DNFC by email within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
We require a brief explanation as to why you have requested a refund, the batch number, expiry date and photos if necessary.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the approval of DNFC.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method, minus any applicable fees. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request is made after the specified timeframe (48 hours from date of delivery) or if the product/service does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Delivery
After DNFC has received payment, please allow up to 5 working days for the parcel's delivery. We use NZ Couriers. Tracking information is available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
The DNFC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase of our products.
Emails and Newsletters
DNFC will send emails related to transactions, and website activities. Additionally, we may send regular electronic newsletters. Clear instructions for unsubscribing from the mailing list will be included in newsletters.
