Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By visiting or using the DNFC website, registering as a member of DNFC and/or making a purchase from our website, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined herein and any future amendments as set out below. They are effective from 31 March 2026. Refrain from using the services or buying our products if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.

Consumer Law

Committed to ethical business practices, DNFC faithfully upholds its responsibilities outlined in the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are acquiring goods or services in trade, see the provisions regarding limitation of liability below.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

DNFC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, either wholly or partially, from time to time. Any amendments will apply to orders placed after the updated terms and conditions are posted on the website. Changes will not affect orders already accepted. Stay updated on the latest terms and conditions, as your continued use of our services or purchase of our products on our website is deemed to be your agreement with the amended terms.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the DNFC website are subject to change without prior notice. Once your order is accepted, prices for items on that order remain fixed. Subsequent price changes, whether upward or downward, will not be retrospectively applied to accepted orders. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) unless stated otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. In the event of a genuine pricing or description error, DNFC may cancel the order and provide a full refund prior to dispatch.

Copyright

DNFC asserts copyright over all aspects of the website, including trademarks, slogans, logos, and designs of displayed products.

Payment Options

Customers can choose to make payments exclusively through online credit card transactions facilitated by Windcave. Please do not send card details by email. A receipt will be provided with delivery of the product.

Order Cancellation

While DNFC strives to fulfil orders, acceptance of an order does not obligate us to supply. We retain the right to cancel any order without notice and without liability to you, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law for any reason including an error in the advertised price or the description of goods on the website. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid to the same card used for payment as soon as reasonably practicable.

Returns Policy

For all product returns, customers are to contact DNFC first via email to sales@luvoil.co.nz. We require a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product or products and may request additional information (e.g. the batch number, expiry date and photos). This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. DNFC accepts returns as required by law including for: goods damaged during delivery, goods with manufacturing faults, goods supplied incorrectly, and goods differing from their description on the website. Where goods fail to comply with applicable law, you are entitled to the remedies available under that law. Depending on the nature of the failure, this may include repair, replacement, or refund. Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return falls under the categories above, in which case DNFC will cover courier costs from the original delivery address.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product provided by us and request a refund, please contact DNFC by email within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please provide a brief explanation, along with batch number, expiry date, and photos if necessary. Refunds will be considered with valid proof of purchase on a case-by-case basis. DNFC will comply with its obligations under applicable consumer law. Any refund will be processed back to the original payment method. We do not provide cash refunds. Delivery charges will be treated as outlined in our delivery terms.

Delivery

After DNFC has received payment, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We use Aramex, and tracking information is available upon request. Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to the provided address. If the product is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us promptly so we can investigate with the courier. Delivery charges are not refundable except where required by law or where orders are cancelled after payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DNFC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase of our products. Where products are supplied and acquired “in trade,” the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and sections 9, 12A and 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986 do not apply, and you agree this is fair and reasonable. DNFC is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier delays, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

Complaints, Disputes and Governing Law

If you have any questions, wish to return a product, or have concerns about delivery, please contact us at sales@luvoil.co.nz. Any disputes will be governed by New Zealand law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

Security of Your Login Information

You are responsible for safeguarding your login details. Do not share your username, password, or any personal information associated with your account.

Privacy

DNFC strives to keep your personal information confidential and complies with the Privacy Act 2020. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.

Emails and Newsletters

DNFC may send transactional emails and periodic newsletters. Instructions for unsubscribing will be included in all newsletters.
